INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- ½ banana
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, beat the egg, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
- Dip the bread into the mixture until the bread is fully covered.
- Place bread in non-stick skillet on medium high heat, until first side is done. Repeat the other side.
- Remove and enjoy with sliced banana.
