French Toast with Banana Topping

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • ½ banana

DIRECTIONS

  • In a small bowl, beat the egg, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
  • Dip the bread into the mixture until the bread is fully covered.
  • Place bread in non-stick skillet on medium high heat, until first side is done. Repeat the other side.
  • Remove and enjoy with sliced banana.
