Spinach and Eggs


21 Day Fix Containers: 1 yellow, 1/2 red

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green container of chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp of coconut or extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 eggs

DIRECTIONS

  • Sauté frozen chopped spinach in 1 tsp coconut oil until heated over medium heat.
  • Add two eggs and scramble until the eggs are cooked through.
