Shoulder Taps!

These are great, ok?!
Who wants to better their stability?

Get in a high plank position, and tap the opposite shoulder with the opposite hand and switch. Do this 20 times on each shoulder and tell me you didn't start to sweat a little :)

For more fun, jump your legs in and out in a plank jack while doing your shoulder taps
