Are You Stuck in a Rut?


Are You Sick Of Starting & Stopping, Over & Over Again?

Did you know that most people who get a flood of motivation to start working out usually quit within 2-3 weeks?

Whether you work out at home or like to go to the gym, trying to motivate yourself to stick with it and knowing what types of workouts will actually get you to your goals is extremely difficult. It's true, think about all of the times you've said....

I'm going to sign up at the gym and start going next week, but not until after this weekend because I have all this stuff going on.

And you might go that first Monday, maybe it turns into tuesday, but by the second week, you've gone maybe 1-2 times and if you even make it to the 3rd week, you end up doing a quick 15 minutes on the eliptical or wandering around the machines because you've really just lost interest and you want to go lay on the couch with your favorite blanket.

Why You Need Me As Your Coach / Motivator

What are they? They are accountability groups with men & women just like you who want to start losing weight, getting stronger, losing that cellulite, find their butt or stop feeling so damn tired and unmotivated.

What do I do? I teach proper nutrition and portion with meal ideas and recipes for every type of meal and occasion (yes even happy hour). It's NOT A DIET, it's the way we are supposed to be eating by eating more whole foods, cutting out the preservatives and realizing how much we should be eating, so that when we workout, we aren't trying just to maintain our weight by sweating off 1/4 of that greasy cheeseburger you ate but moving forward toward your goal.

I also require you to check-in daily with your workout and every now and then with what you're eating. Belive it or not but having a group to support you and get ideas from instead of cruising through Pinterest is SERIOUSLY helpful!

Did you know that working out for 30 minutes every day helps reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease, can help lower choesterol and boost energy? Did you know that if you workout in the morning that you'll burn more calories all day long?

I've had SOOOOO many clients teeter totter with getting on board with a program or eating healthier because it's a lifestyle change and that can be scary or even annoying. I promise you that they all had the same doubts & fears you have but looking back they wish they had started sooner. Let me teach you what took me years to learn in just a few short weeks.
