Glute, Core and Overall Upper Body Workout!

Happy Saturday! A little Saturday booty, abs & upper body workout for you by yours truly!

You can do this anywhere you can find a little space which is why I wanted to show you how I did these in my small room, in between my bed & dresser!
1st workout: Push-up with an arm raise.
Modify the push-up with your knees on the ground. Watch my footwork on the turn!
Do 10 sets of push-ups, 10 bends (each leg) and repeat 3-5 times for both.
2nd workout: One legged bend that you can do with or without weights. These are sure to make your booty burn!
