How much water should you be drinking?

Let's chat about water, k?

always stress the importance of water in my accountability groups because of the amazing benefits and the fact that our bodies depend on it.

How much should you drink?

Well, take your weight, divide it by 2 and those are the amount of ounces you should have per day. 

If you don't drink enough water your body will hold onto water and make you bloat! Who wants to bloat when they're trying to lose weight?!

So the moral of the story is, DRINK UP!
